Ingredients of egg bhurji | anda bhurji

Eggs3Butter Or Oil2 Tablespoon
Milk (Optional)2 - 3 TableSpoonGreen Chilli Finely Chopped2
Onion Chopped Chop1 LargeGaram Masaala (Spice)1 Teaspoon
Chaat Masaala (Spice)1/2 TeaspoonTomato finely chopped (Optional)1 Small
Salt1/2 Teaspoon or Acc. to TasteRed Chilli Powder1/2 Teaspoon or Acc. to Taste
Green Coriander LeavesTo Garnish  

  • Take a big bowl and break the eggs in it.
  • Mix milk, salt, red chilli powder and beat the mixture using beater until it is smooth and fluffy and set it aside.
  • Take a frying pan and heat butter or oil in the pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies to the pan and fry till it becomes light brown and gives you a nice aroma.
  • Add the egg spice mixture into the pan and fry the mixture on a medium flame  stirring constantly so that the egg mixture breaks into small chunks and prevents burning.
  • when almost cook add garam masaala and chaat masaala while stirring and fry for approx 2 minute.
  • Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.
  • Serve it garnished with coriander leaves.

Milk helps make small chunks and adds more taste.
