|Old Fashioned Oats||3 Cup||Brown Sugar||1 1/2 Cup|
|Baking Powder||2 Teaspoon||Pumpkin Pie Spice||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1/2 Teaspoon or As Per Taste||Milk||1 Cup|
|Pumpkin Puree||1 Can / 15 Ounce or approx 400 Gram||Melted Butter||1/4 Cup|
|Eggs||2||Non Stick Spray|
|Honey||2 Tablespoon||Pecan or Walnut, Chopped||1/4 Cup|
- In a large bowl, add old-fashioned oats, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter and mix well.
- Add 2 eggs and mix well.
- Take a baking tray and coat it with non stick cooking spray. Add mixture to this tray. Put honey and pecans or walnuts on it. Cover the pan and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- The next morning, preheat the oven at 1800 C or 3500 F. Take out the tray from the refrigerator and bake it for about 40 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown.
- Serve delicious pumpkin pie baked oatmeal with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice toppings.
