There are different varieties of vegetarian kebabs which are made from different vegetables, but today we are going to share a vegetarian kebab recipe made from soya chunks. It is so delicious that you will forget the non veg kebabs. To cook this kebab, first mix soya chunks, onions, gram flour with spices, and then shape it into a seekh kebab, then roast kabab either shallow fry on a tava or barbecue or in a tandoor. The seekh kebabs are enjoy hot with green pudina chutney.
