Suji Dhokla or Sooji Dhokla is a delicious and very popular snack from the Indian state of Gujarat that is now loved by people all over India. Made with semolina, it is a healthy snack that you can enjoy any time of the day.
To make Suji Dhokla, a thick batter is first prepared with semolina, curd and water. Then keep this batter for 15 - 20 minutes, then add Eno fruit salt, which helps in making Dhokla light and puffy. Pour this batter into a greased plate or dhokla steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until well cooked.
