How Delicious Dhokla Made At Home
Dhokla is a pure vegetarian and delicious Gujarati snacks, which is also famous as Khaman Dhokla. Now this delicious snack is popular not only in Gujarat but also in some other states of India. Some people have doubts that Delicious Dhokla is not good for health, we would like to clarify to them that the dish is not only delicious but also good for health as the main ingredient to make this delicious dish is besan (gram flour) which is a good source of 'good' fats. This is an light and very tasty snacks that can be served in the breakfast or as a snack with Tamarind Chutney. We are sharing here an easy recipe of dhokla.
Khaman Dhokla is a popular snack in India and is often eaten for breakfast, as a snacks with tea or as an appetizer. It is a healthy option as it is steamed and does not contain oil. Gram flour is also beneficial for digestive health.
To make Khaman Dhokla, a smooth batter is prepared by mixing gram flour, curd and water. After this, ginger, green chillies and mustard seeds are added to the batter and steamed in a pan greased with ghee for 15-20 minutes.
After the Khaman Dhokla is cooked, cut it into small square pieces and garnished it with different toppings. It is a simple yet delicious dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

This is a quick dhokla recipe, this recipe does not require any batter to be prepared 8 to 12 hours in advance. Spongy Dhokla batter can be prepared with gram flour (besan) using eno fruit salt or baking soda.
