Bread Pakora is a gram flour (besan) coated bread with potato stuffing delicious deep fried snack. Stuffing can be done differently. The most popular stuffing is mashed boiled potatoes, you can also use paneer slices with boiled potatoes or mashed paneer is also a stuffing for bread pakora. This is a detailed video recipe of bread pakora with boiled potato stuffing in which potato stuffing is mashed with spices and stuffed between bread slices. To make the delicious snack "bread pakora", first the spiced boiled potatoes are mashed and filled between two bread slices and then the stuffed bread slices diagonally to make the triangle. The triangular snacks are then coated with a gram flour batter, which is then deep fried to make crispy and tasty snacks.
