Tofu
Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a vegetarian food item. Tofu is prepared from soy milk, coagulation the soy milk, then filtered and pressed to make tofu. Tofu is a similar-looking cheese, but has a different taste, tofu is used to make a variety of dishes. Tofu has a very spongy texture, so it absorbs the flavor of the spices used in the dish and makes the dish very tasty.
