    Samosa

    Samosa is made from boiled potatoes and refined flour (Maida). The samosa shell is made of maida has some filling  usually boiled potatoes, onions, cottage cheese, green peas, green chillies with spices. The whole samosa filled with the stuffing is deep-fried in ghee or oil to make it crispy. Samosa is served always hot and enjoy eating with green chutney (pudina or coriander) or tamarind sauce. Samosas are often served in chaat with either green chutney, tamarind chutney. Easy samosa recipe to make at home.
