Ras Malai is an Indian festive classic dessert made with milk chhena, sugar and saffron. It is a popular dessert all over India and everyone loves to eat ras malai. Ras Malai recipe is similar to Rasgulla recipe. Both dishes are very easy, but it is a bit tricky to make the dessert perfectly juicy and soft. Ras Malai is making in three stages. First make chena or paneer by curdling the milk. Second making the chena disc and boiling in sugar syrup. last stage is make thickened kesar Milk with nice aroma or rabdi and dip that chena disc in that.
