Ingredients of namkeen lassi

Curd2 CupsRoasted Cumin Powder1/2 Teaspoon
Black Salt1/2 Teaspoon or As Per TasteChopped Coriander LeavesTo Garnish
Chaat MasalaTo GarnishWater1/2 Cup

  • Take a deep large bowl.
  • Add fresh curd, black salt and roasted cumin powder. 
  • Using a wire whisk or hand blender, beat the curd until smooth. There should be no lumps.
  • Add water and beat again until a fine frothy layer on the top is visible. If you feel that the lassi is thick consistancy  or you want a little more thin consistancy you can add more water and beat again.
  • Pour lassi into a glasses and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle some chaat masala and enjoy the drink.
