namkeen lassi Ingredients
|Curd||2 Cups||Roasted Cumin Powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Black Salt||1/2 Teaspoon or As Per Taste||Mint Leaves||To Garnish|
|Chaat Masala||To Garnish||Water||1/2 Cup|
Direction To Make
- Take a deep large bowl.
- Add fresh curd, black salt and roasted cumin powder.
- Using a wire whisk or hand blender, beat the curd until smooth. There should be no lumps.
- Add water and beat again until a fine frothy layer on the top is visible. If you feel that the lassi is thick consistancy or you want a little more thin consistancy you can add more water and beat again.
- Pour lassi into a glasses and garnish with Mint leaves. Sprinkle some chaat masala and enjoy the drink.
