Ripe Mango1 LargeRed Bell Pepper, Cut Into Small Pieces1/4 Cup
Red Onion, Cut Into Small Pieces1/4 CupGreen Chilli1
Coriander Leaves, Chopped1/4 CupLemon Juice1 Tablespoon
Salt1/4 TeaspoonRed Chilli Sauce1 Teaspoon or As Per Taste

  • Cut red bell pepper into small pieces, finely chop green chilies and coriander leaves. Cut the red onion and soak it in ice cold water.
  • Cut the mango into small cubes of 1/2 * 1/2 inch size in a bowl.
  • Remove all the water from the onion, and dry the chopped onion on a clean kitchen towel.
  • Put red bell pepper, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well. Add red chili sauce, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add chopped mango to it and mix well. Keep this delicious mango salsa in the refrigerator for some time so that the flavor infused well.
  • Delicious mango salsa is ready. Enjoy it
