Eggless Omelette Ingredients
Ingredients
Gram Flour / Besan | 1 Cup | All Purpose Flour / Maida | 1/3 Cup |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | Baking Powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Onion, Finely Chopped | 1 Medium | Green Chillies, Finely Chopped | 2 |
Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped | 1 Tablespoon | Black Pepper Powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Ghee or Butter | For Shallow Fry |
Direction To Make
- Take gram flour, all purpose flour (maida) and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Gradually add water and mix well, make a thin batter out of it. Batter should be of flowing consistency and there should be no lumps in the batter.
- Whisk this batter well with wire whisk batter and keep this batter for rest for about 5 minutes.
- Add baking powder after 5 minutes and mix well. Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies black pepper powder and mix well.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee or butter in a flat pan on a medium flame, when the ghee is hot, pour a ladle filled batter over it and spread it evenly.
- Cook it a little and flip it to cook from the other side. Fry the omelette from both sides until golden.
- Delicious vegetarian omelette is ready. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot delicious omelette with tomato sauce.
- Make the remaining omelette in this way.
