Tomato | 2 Large | Ginger Garlic Paste | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Red Chilli Powder | 1 Teaspoon (As Per Taste) | Turmeric Powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Cumin Powder | 1 Tablespoon | Coriander powder | 2 Tablespoon |
Garam Masala Powder | 1 Teaspoon | Ghee or Oil | 2 1/2 Tablespoon |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon (As per Taste) | Fresh Curd | 4 Tablespoon |
Green Cardamom | 1/4 Teaspoon | Chicken Masala | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Coriander Leaves | To Garnish | water | As Required |
Direction To Make
- Let's start the recipe of delicious chicken curry.
- Take the chicken and clean it and cut into small pieces.
- Make a paste by grinding onion and keep aside.
- Make a puree by grinding tomatoes and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a clean pan on medium heat, add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry it till the onion turns golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and fried while stirring continuously. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chicken masala with salt.
- Add chicken pieces and curd to this mixture. Stir and fry until turn into a beautiful golden brown color.
- Add 1 glass of water. Cover it with a lid and allow the chicken to boil until the chicken softens and cooks well. If you like some extra curry then you can add more water to it.
- Turn off the heat and add green cardamom and mix well. Allow the chicken to absorb the taste for some time.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve delicious chicken curry with chapatti, roti or basmati rice.
