Tomato2 LargeGinger Garlic Paste1/2 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder1 Teaspoon (As Per Taste)Turmeric Powder1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder1 TablespoonCoriander powder2 Tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder1 TeaspoonGhee or Oil2 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt1 Teaspoon (As per Taste)Fresh Curd4 Tablespoon
Green Cardamom1/4 TeaspoonChicken Masala1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander LeavesTo Garnish  

  • Take the chicken and clean it and cut into small pieces.
  • Make a paste by grinding onion and keep aside.
  • Make a puree by grinding tomatoes and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a clean pan on medium heat, add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry it till the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree and fried while stirring continuously. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chicken masala with salt.
  • Add chicken pieces and curd to this mixture. Stir and fry until turn into a beautiful golden brown color.
  • Add 1 cup of water. Cover it with a lid and allow the chicken to boil until the chicken softens and cooks well.
  • Turn off the heat and add green cardamom and mix well. Allow the chicken to absorb the taste for some time.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve delicious chicken curry with chapatti, roti or basmati rice.
