Aam papad is very easy to make at home with readily available ingredients like mango pulp, sugar and lemon juice. To make Aam Papad, all we need to do is cook a little mango pulp to thicken the puree. Dry this pulp in the sun for 2-3 days. Aam papad can be made from raw or ripe mangoes.
