We have been eating aam papad since childhood and love the taste of aam papad, if sweet and sour aam papad is homemade then the taste of aam papad is incredible. How tasty aam papad is, it is known only by those who eat sweet, sour and spicy mango papad. Aam papad is very easy to make at home with readily available ingredients like mango pulp, sugar and lemon juice. To make Aam Papad, all we need to do is cook a little mango pulp to thicken the puree. Dry this pulp in the sun for 2-3 days. Aam papad can be made from raw or ripe mangoes.
